Taylor Lautner Filming in Mount Lebanon
Haddad's and ABX trucks on Osage Road for Abduction
If you haven’t heard, Taylor Lautner is stationed in Pittsburgh for a bit. We took a trip up to Mount Lebanon over the weekend to check out the Abduction filming action up on Osage Road. They don’t shoot on the weekends, so the place was on the quiet side.
Despite rumors that Lautner was staying in a house there, only four or five small groups of girls were strolling around, trying their best to be as inconspicuous as possible. As it turns out, the Twilight superstar is probably staying in a hotel and not living anywhere near Virginia Manor. We were told that the house they were filming in (on Osage Road) supposedly belongs to the CEO of American Eagle Outfitters.
Since shooting at Hampton High School is complete, they will be in Mount Lebanon a little longer and then making their way over to the North Side (another rumor?). Here are some pics from the lovely neighborhood of Virginia Manor for all the fans who can’t make it to the Burgh for the Taylor-Lautner-stalk-fest. BTW, the locals didn’t seem super ecstatic about the whole ordeal.

Whats the dif between Osage ROAD and Osage LANE? I thought he was on Osage LANE but I couldn’t find it anywhere.
They were definitely set up on Osage “Road”… check out the above picture of the street sign for proof
I don’t think Osage Lane even exists. It was probably a way for his security to make us search for something that doesn’t exist so the fans will stay out of their hair!

Do you know how long they are going to stay on Osage RD? The whole week?
I heard he will be there all week. From the pics here, there seems to be a ton of equipment there too. I wonder why they need those lift machines?

I took a trip to the North Side tonight and a super nice police officer told me that Taylor and gang will be shooting near Federal Street tomorrow. I dunno what time shooting starts, but I plan to be there around 8am.
Does anyone know how many days he is filming in North Side? Or where he is filming Thursday or anytime after he films in North Side?
The North Side info was incorrect… they were filming One for the Money there with Katherine Heigl.

Yeah, I think he is going to still be in Mt. Lebo all week long. I wouldn’t mind checking out the set of Katherine Heigl’s movie though.

I think they will be taking the weekend off. They don’t film on weekends.
I live about 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, and I went to Mount Lebanon today hoping to find where Taylor was filming. I heard on the radio that he was filming on Osage road, but not being familiar with the area, I thought they said Old Sage Road…haha. I ended up not finding either street, and i was wondering if he will still be in Pittsburgh until next Friday so I still have a chance of seeing him??
He will be in town until sometime in August… so you still have a chance
