For a school that charges over $50k a year, you would expect them to provide better living conditions for their incoming students. Just kidding! This slum isn’t the freshmen dorm, it’s the booth building process of Carnival. That’s right, kids… it’s that time of year again! Pitt tried their own copycat version last week, but Carnegie Mellon University’s Spring Carnival is a four-day weekend tradition, starting this Thursday, April 15, 3:00pm.
