Spring is finally here and that means it’s time for the I Made It! Market Spring Arts and Chili Festival. This Saturday, April 10th, join at least 67 awesome vendors at 2705 East Carson Street in the South Side Works. Take cash, along with an empty stomach, because there will be tons of shopping and eating going on from 2 – 8pm.
Guess who else is going to be at IMI? The Cotton Factory t-shirt company! They’re the ones who produce the oh-so-brilliant Pittsburgh Parking Chair tees we always talk about. In case you missed them last weekend at the GA/GI Festival in Lawrenceville, this is your chance to make up for it (and save on shipping).
So it turns out that the huge empty space left behind when Joseph-Beth Booksellers moved across the street is actually going to be good for something! And don’t worry about parking… the garage right behind the venue is only $1/hour on the weekends.
There will be a Kids Korner inside and a stage with live entertainment outside. Plus, ESPN Radio & the SouthSide Works will be holding a Chili Festival complete with a celebrity judged tasting competition.
Stay tuned for a Boring Pittsburgh contest announcement and a chance to win an I Made It! Market tote bag and surprise gift from The Cotton Factory… learn more on April 9, 2010.
