Lionel Van der Haegen, from Brasserie de Silly Brewery, will be serving some of his limited beer selections from his brewery.  Van der Haegen is a sixth generation owner/brewer of this family-owned brewery located in the Hainaut Province of Wallonia, southwest of Brussels.  An authentic Belgian dinner will be prepared by our culinary director, Ray Ellis.  A beer from Brasserie de Silly Brewery will be paired with each of our five courses by our Cellarman, Brett McMahan.
