Penguins Beat Panthers @ Mellon Arena, 3-2

If you are still down about the Steelers losing 5-in-a-row, you can still invest your hope in the Pittsburgh Penguins as seen on the TV above. It was a 2-2 game that went into overtime, until Evgeni Malkin slapped one right between the legs of Panthers goalie, Tomas Vokoun. Finally, a power-play goal executed to perfection – and right when we needed it most.

Luckily for Pittsburgh hockey fans, the Pens aren’t plagued by a championship hangover – at least they’re trying their best to avoid it. Like Marc-Andre Fleury said here:

It doesn’t matter what you did the year before. Every game is a new challenge, and you have to be ready to battle.
