CASTING NOTICES: MAJOR MOTION PICTURE LOOKING FOR EXTRAS iN PITTSBURGH 2012If you missed your chance to be in Batman, Abduction, or any of the other countless films that were made in the Burgh recently, now’s your chance to make up for it. We received this info from the Film Office:

Feature film being directed by an Academy Award nominated filmmaker is scheduled to shoot in the Pittsburgh area in November and December… The casting department is seeking men and women over the age of 18 interested in taking part as extras (background artists) in the film, who would portray characters such as police officers, wrestling world people (coaches, trainers, refs, wrestlers, etc.), business men and women, politicos, photographers, owners of cars from 1975-1998, general background wrestling match spectators amongst many other characters.

So when is this casting call?
Saturday, October 13th between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

Where is it?
Go to the Double Tree Hotel in Green Tree

What else do I need to know?
You will need to give them a recent non-returnable photo or snapshot. And you need to take a pen. If you’re one of those people who goes through life borrowing everyone else’s pen then don’t even bother trying to get this gig.

Will I get paid?
If you are accepted as an extra then yes you will be paid. These are paying positions.

How old do I need to be?
You must be 18 or older.
