The Uni-Mart Grand Re-Opening

The Uni-Mart on Ellsworth Ave in Shadyside is open again. Except this time around, it’s going by the name “Fuel-On”… at least that’s what the sign on the door said. The Uni-Mart signs are still up so we’ll just have to wait and see. Fuel-On is somewhat misleading since there are no fuel pumps here.

The new owners painted the walls orange and refilled the shelves with fresh snacks and drinks. Some of the old Uni-Mart employees are still there but they are also hiring. If you think you’d like to work there, you can find the contact information in one of the photos below. Do convenience stores always ask for resumes from potential employees? What happened to the good old pre-printed application?
