Mystical Conjoined Twins Got Their Funding

Sisters of the Lattice
This Pittsburgh based Kickstarter project recently exceeded their goal of raising $5,000 in funding. The Sisters of Lattice will use the proceeds to begin their TransAmerican Tour and corresponding film (Fall 2012). Va and Vaa (Agnes Bolt and Nina Sarnelle) are synthetically conjoined twins determined to travel across the globe sharing a groundbreaking futurist theology based on the universal power of Silicon crystal. Thanks to all of the generous backers, now you can join the sisters in their quest to spread Wisdom of the Lattice around the world.

Map of Free Street Parking in Pittsburgh
A couple of yinzers got so sick of getting parking tickets and boots that they started mapping out all of the free street parking areas in the city. So far, the map references permit free and meterless streets in popular neighborhoods like Southside, Oakland, Squirrel Hill, and Shadyside. This is a collaborative effort, so if you know of some free parking zones in the Burgh feel free to edit the map and add it in… just watch out for the street sweeper!

Art All Night Lawrenceville 2012 at Willow Street Development
It’s hard to believe it’s already been 15 years since the very first Art All Night event in Pittsburgh! This weekend, head over to Lawrenceville for 24 hours (actually 22 hours) of local art and music. This year’s location will welcome over 10,000 visitors to the 50,000 sq ft Willow Street Development (40th and Willow St. in Larryville) and the cost of entry is $0.00.
Art All Night is a vast display of artwork with over 1,200 pieces to explore. Each artist is allowed to submit their single best piece of work about anything. ANYTHING. This is a true art show with absolutely no boundaries. No Fees, No Jury, No Censorship. Attend with an open mind or stay home being bored.

“First Kiss” Official Movie Trailer
First Kiss (2012), was written and directed in Pittsburgh by local filmmaker Yulin Kuang. First Kiss is the story of Adam Schoenberger, a fourteen year old romantic who finds out a pretty girl wants to kiss him at his best friend’s spin the bottle party. Coming this May!
