   Wow, i didnt realize i liked pretzels this much before. The turkey bacon club on a pretzel is great and so are the regular pretzels. Everything looks like it is hand made and not mass produced like most places. Customer service was pleasantly suprising. A+ will be making this a regular stop.

   I would say that I’ve become quite a regular at this place. I have tried just about everything on the menu and it’s all great. The potato soup in a pretzel bowl is especially good. I’m surprised to hear that they closed at 3:30 today because I’ve never had a problem. I hope everything is OK!!! Cheers!

   This place looks great. But I don’t know if it’s great or not, because every time I try to go there they are closed! I went there at 3:30 in the afternoon today and they had a note on the door saying they left at 3! This is at least the 3rd time this happened to me. After wasting so much time trying to park in Oakland, I’m not a happy camper and I doubt that I will ever try to get a “pretzel sandwich” again.
