As we posted earlier, Tom Cruise and the One Shot movie crew is still in Pittsburgh. They were spotted working in Oakland at the intersection of Centre Ave. and N. Craig St. We’re still not sure if they were filming indoors or outside. Check out the pics of Cruise’s trailer below. It looks better than half of the houses in Pittsburgh!

Tom Cruise Filming One Shot in Oakland
Tom Cruise is still in Pittsburgh and today the One Shot crew is going to film a scene in Oakland. Yellow base camp signs were posted all around Oakland yesterday and the Haddad’s trucks started showing up today. There are “CREW” signs in the parking lot behind the old Giant Eagle. The traffic at the intersection of Centre Ave. and N. Craig St. is already unbearable, but now Hollywood is taking up both sides of the road with Haddad’s trucks.

Noodles & Company in Oakland
If you like carbs, then you’re in luck. Noodles & Company has your hookup for a bunch of different types of pasta dishes from Asian style pan fried noodles to classic American macaroni and cheese. They also serve soup, salad, and sandwiches all at a reasonable price ($6 – $10 depending on your appetite). Their claim to fame is that the food is made to order and served on real dishes, so it might be a step up from the Panera Bread across the street.

Batman: The Dark Knight Rises Filming at CMU – PICS!
Holy bagpipes, Batman! Magnus Rex The Dark Knight will be filming around Carnegie Mellon University in Oakland at the end of July and throughout the beginning of August! Boring Pittsburgh doesn’t want to spoil the story, but trust us when we tell you that these are going to be among some of the most important, action-packed scenes in the movie! Think explosions, smoke, gunfire, stunt driving, and more… it’s going to be crazzzzzy!
