Lord Stanley, Lord Stanley, get me the brandy! Sidney Crosby just beat him like a rented mule, more than once. Then, Matt Cooke officially made tonight a hockey night in Pittsburgh (even though the game is in Ontario). But did anyone else see how hard Chris Neil hit Kris Letang after that goal? He hit him so hard his kids will be born dizzy. It’s 4 to 2 and we’re not givin in, so buy Sam a drink and get his dog one, too. The Ottawa Senators just lost their liquor license and Brian Elliott doesn’t know whether to cry or wind his watch. Shave my face with a rusty razor because baby, we’re going dancing with Lord Stanley! Holy Moly Mike Lange is awesome!

Penguins Beat Flames 3-1 Game Highlights

The Pittsburgh Penguins were in Calgary yesterday where they beat the Flames 3-1. Marc-Andre Fleury made 37 saves during the game (he always lets one in but we think he does it for good luck, jk). Another highlight was Sidney Crosby’s 30th goal of the season only 4 minutes into the first period. Thanks Sid!

Let’s see them do it again tonight at 9:30pm against the Oilers in Edmonton. It will be the 4th out of 5 road games. Click here to listen to game on Penguins Radio.

Pens Beat Leafs 4-1 With Gonchar’s Luck

The Pens obviously didn’t let the last few losses get them down. They came back strong last night and scored four goals against the Maple Leafs. If you watch the TV above, you’ll see that the game was strange. The score was tied at 1 and with about 14 minutes on the clock in the second period, Sergei Gonchar scored a power-play shot – but nobody noticed. Then, about 15 seconds later, Gonchar got caught tripping Alexei Ponikarovsky. This prompted the officials to review the action . That’s when they noticed that Gonchar actually got a goal! If it weren’t for the tripping call, the Pens wouldn’t have received credit for scoring. Instead of awarding the Leafs a penalty shot, Gonchar got stuck with a hooking penalty that landed him in the box. Seconds after he got back on the ice, Gonchar slammed the puck back into the net again, making it 3-1.

Bob Errey Drops F-Bomb Instead of Puck

A lot of Pens fans were cursing and swearing tonight. Bob Errey on the other hand, dropped the F word by accident. The former Penguins player – now Penguins announcer – meant to say “puck”, but instead, the TV above catches him slipping a “f*ck”. It’s ok, Bob, all of us were thinking the same thing.

How about this play… back pressure, see the puck got stolen, you just keep the BLEEP, uh, the puck moving – excuse me.
